THE PAST...
 

The foundation for JEM's began in 2002 as a hobby focused on family events, such as: anniversaries, weddings, graduations, etc. As the years passed, the dedication and creativity that was put into every piece of candy increased dramatically. With this increase in dedication and creativity, the idea of crafting handmade candies for the public started to become less of a dream and more of a possibility. With more experimenting and experience, JEM's Confections opened their doors to the public in 2011, ready for the challenges that wait ahead.

THE PRESENT...

JEM's Confections specializes in handmade confections, with an emphasis in consumer customization. While JEM's does have standard chocolates, their signature candies are their truffles, which can be customized in a variery of ways. JEM's encourages their customers to order candies how they want them. Desire a raspberry-filled truffle with toffee sprinkles, or perhaps a maple-filled truffle with white chocolate drizzling? Not a problem for JEM's.
 
We also offer customized cakes to the public. With many experiments and trial-events all ready successfully completed, this new product line proves to be a very sweet addition. Available in a variety of styles, JEM's Confections is bringing the same passion to their cakes and cupcakes as they all ready exhibit with their chocolates.
